We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Live farther away? Send us an email at: info@taadaa.shop  and we’ll see what’s possible! Shipping is free on orders over €50,-

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Your package will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days
via PostNL. Your confirmation email will tell you exactly when to expect your order.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code. Please note that it can sometimes take an extra day before the delivery driver actually arrives at your door.

As sustainable as possible

- Letterbox parcels and small packages
come in the "Do Good Bag". It’s a cardboard bag that uses far less material than a box.

- Larger parcels are sent in a recycled cardboard box.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your package doesn’t arrive on time, let us know at info@taadaa.shop and we’ll immediately find out what happened to it.

Exchanges and Returns

Would you like to exchange something?

1. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The items must be unworn and unwashed and still be in their original packaging.
3. Fill out our exchange form so we know something is on its way and can reserve the right item for you in advance.
4. Send your package back to us. You’ll cover the return shipping costs, but of course we’ll pay to ship the new item to you.
5. Then send us the tracking number for your return shipment via info@taadaa.shop.
6. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send the new item straight to you!

Would you rather return it?

That’s absolutely fine too. By law, you always have the right to return your order. But because our products are embroidered especially for you, we do ask you to think this through carefully before ordering: purely out of love for the environment 💚
